Hazelnut Praline Crunch Bar (3 bars)

At Charles Chocolates, we roast our nuts in-house so we can get it just right. For this bar, hazelnut is carefully roasted with sugar in a copper pot, in a French technique that perfectly roasts and coats each nut in dark, toasty caramel. Once cooled, the nuts are ground into a smooth paste, chocolate and crisped brown rice is folded in for texture. All in a thin, 65% bittersweet chocolate shell.
