Dubai Done Better - Pistachio Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache Bar

We make the pistachio cream for this bar in-house, from fresh whole pistachios. It's smooth, and the pistachio flavor is bold. The rich 65% bittersweet chocolate shell is thin, allowing the pistachio cream and kataifi to take center stage in every bite. Its filling has a bold pistachio flavor, topped with a layer of ganache. 

Ingredients: Bittersweet chocolate 65% cacao (Cacao beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans), pistachios, powdered sugar, kataifi (wheat flour), white chocolate (cocoa butter, cane sugar, full cream milk, lactose, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans), cocoa butter, butter, glucose syrup, salt, colored cocoa butter.

Contains: Milk, tree nuts (pistachios) and wheat.
