Caramelized Cocoa Nib Bar

This is a fabulous chocolate bar.
I have been reviewing chocolate for almost 20 years.
It’s a bittersweet bar, with little hits of sweet crunch from the caramelized nibs.
It’s incredibly satisfying and I hope to be able to buy it for the foreseeable future.

Delicious dark chocolate that is allergen free with crunch. One of the few indulgences for those on restricted GI allergen diets.

The carmelization makes these (too) delicious.

Oh my! I love this dark bar!
