Caramelized Cocoa Nib Bar
Cocoa nibs are caramelized by hand in small batches and combined with our intense 72% bittersweet chocolate.

Ingredients:
72% bittersweet chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla beans), cocoa nibs, pure cane sugar.

Peanut Praline Bar
Our premium Virginia peanuts are deep roasted with a thin layer of praline, broken into large bites and combined with our dark milk chocolate.

Ingredients:
55% milk chocolate (pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, full cream milk, cacao beans, soya lecithin, vanilla beans), peanuts, pure cane sugar, vanilla beans.

Salty-Sweet Hazelnut Bar
Whole Oregon hazelnuts are covered in a meringue of fleur de sel and pure cane sugar, roasted to golden brown perfection and combined with our rich bittersweet chocolate.

65% bittersweet chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla beans), hazelnuts, pure cane sugar, egg whites, fleur de sel, vanilla beans.

Salty-Sweet Cashew Bar:
Whole cashew nuts are covered in a meringue of fleur de sel and pure cane sugar, roasted to golden brown perfection and combined with our remarkably rich milk chocolate.

41% milk chocolate (pure cane sugar, full cream milk, cacao beans, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla beans), cashews, pure cane sugar, egg whites, fleur de sel, vanilla beans.

Salty-Sweet Pecan Cherry Bar
Huge pecan halves are covered in a meringue of fleur de sel and pure cane sugar, roasted to golden brown perfection and combined with dried Michigan cherries and our rich bittersweet chocolate.

65% bittersweet chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla beans), pecans, dried cherries, pure cane sugar, egg whites, fleur de sel, vanilla beans.

Toffee Coffee Bar
Our fresh almond toffee is cooked in copper kettles, cooled and broken into large chunks and combined with locally-roasted coffee beans and our dark milk chocolate.

55% milk chocolate (pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, full cream milk, cacao beans, soya lecithin, vanilla beans), almonds, pure cane sugar, butter, coffee beans, fleur de sel, vanilla beans.

Tres Cojones (Triple Nut) Bar:
Premium California almonds, Oregon hazelnuts and pine nuts are deep roasted and combined with our rich bittersweet chocolate.
