This Dubai bar with the ganache layer was mind blowing!
Absolutely delicious!
I have never tasted anything like this before. Deep dark chocolate, creamy and crunchy center with subtle pistachio flavor. Finishing with a smooth perfectly sweet chocolate ganache layer.

There's nothing I've tried from Charles Chocolates that I didn''t like.

I lived about 1 block away from their original store and kitchen in Emeryville, so I have a lot of experience with their offerings, andit's all delicious.

The Carmelized Cocoa Nib Bar is a perfect choice for those who love dark chocolate. The only thing better than dark chocolate is dark choclate with MORE dark chocolate. The nibs add texture and complexity to the already rich and creamy bar.

Excellent taste, not super sweet and the Hazelnuts are awesome

I first found this bar at a coffee shop and then they stopped carrying it to my dismay. I haven’t tasted chocolate like this since I left Switzerland. I ordered directly from them and all the chocolate came without having melted, and I live in Hawaii
