How long does the tour last?
Our free public tours last approximately 30 minutes. If you are participating in the optional guided tasting, it will be an additional 20 minutes.
Are children permitted on the tour?
Yes. Because we do not allow the general public into our production facility, children of all ages are permitted on the tour.
Is there a maximum number of people per tour?
Yes. There is a maximum of 30 people per tour. If you would like to schedule a tour for a large group or a private event, please contact us at events@charleschocolates.com or call 510-652-4412 ext. 311.
