By Public Transit:

- Take BART to the MacArthur Street Station.
- From BART, take the free Emery-Go-Round shuttle (schedule). The correct shuttle you'll want is called BART Shopper, and it stopsat 65th & Shellmound.
- From 65th & Shellmound, walk one block up 65thStreet to Hollis Street. Charles Chocolates is at 6529 Hollis Street,between 65th & 66th Streets.

- You can also take AC Transit's Line 19 bus, which runs every 30 minutes and stops at 65th and Hollis St.

There is a parking lot at the corner of Hollis and 65th Streets.

From San Francisco:

- Take the Bay Bridge/80E
- Take the Ashby Ave/Shellmound St exit
- Keep right at the fork, and follow signs for Emeryville/Bay Street
- Turn right at the fork, and follow signs for Emeryville/Bay Street
- Turn right at Bay Street/Shellmound Street
- Turn left at 65th Street
- Turn left to park in the Charles Chocolates parking lot (across from Starbucks)

From Marin County:

- Take 101S via the ramp to Oakland/San Francisco
- 580E toward Oakland/Richmond
- Take the Ashby Avenue/CA-13
- Keep left at the fork to continue toward Ashby Avenue/CA-13 and mergeonto Ashby
- Turn right at 7th Street
- Turn right at Folger Avenue
- Turn left at Hollis Street

From the Peninsula/South Bay:

- Take 880 North
- Take a slight right at 980E (signs for Walnut Creek/980E/CA-24)
- Take the exit onto 580W toward San Francisco
- Take the Ashby Avenue/Shellmound Street/CA-13 exit
- Turn right at the fork, and follow signs for Emeryville/Bay Street
- Turn right at Bay Street/Shellmound Street
- Turn left at 65th Street
- Turn left to park in the Charles Chocolates parking lot (across from Starbucks)
