| Those who wish to enjoy our fine chocolate all year long may wish to enroll in our "Chocolate of the Month" club. Each month you will receive a special assortment of our confections hand-selected by our chocolatiers. They will be delivered to your door the first week of each month. Selections will include some of our special seasonal items as well as products from our regular selection. Members of the 12 month club will also receive a Charles Chocolates t-shirt in the size of your choice.

Guidelines
1. Membership in the Charles Chocolates club lasts for 3, 6 or 12 consecutive months.
2. All prices including shipping and handling.
3. Charles Chocolates will choose the best shipping method based upon changing weather conditions to ensure successful delivery of your chocolates.
4. A welcome packet including your t-shirt if you joined the 12-month club will be sent to you immediately. The first selection will be sent the month after you join. If you would like to start shipment during a specific month, please specify in the “Comments” section when you check out.
5. Selections will be shipped the first week of each month.
6. You may send a monthly club membership to yourself or to a gift recipient. However, there is a limit of one address per membership.
7. Monthly selections are set by Charles Chocolates, there are no substitutions.
8. We reserve the right to substitute products at equal or greater value if we are out of stock on any items.
9. No cancellations or refunds.
