S'mores
RECIPE: S’MORES
This month’s
Chocolates All Year Club members will enjoy a special, exclusive treat: Charles Chocolates S’Mores. Each of these easy-to-assemble delights features a delicious, homemade gourmet marshmallow, graham cracker, and our special bittersweet chocolate. Chuck introduced the world to the first gourmet s’more in 1987. Since then, these have been often imitated, but never repeated. If you’re not a member yet, see below on how to join the club and start receiving exclusive chocolate treats. In the meantime, you can make these at home with our recipe.

QANTAS AIRLINES FIRST CLASS
Charles Chocolates are offered as an exclusive guest amenity on Qantas Airlines. If you happen to be flying Qantas Airlines First Class, be sure to accept one of our Fleur de Sel Caramels, Caramelized Almond Clusters, or our best-selling Triple Coated Chocolate Almonds. If you would like to offer Charles Chocolates as a special treat for your guests,
contact us with any questions or comments.

BE THE FIRST TO KNOW.
In the coming months, we’ll be making some exciting announcements about new products, special programs, and packaging. If you have friends who aren’t members of our newsletter and mailing list, be sure they
sign up for the newsletter. As always, feel free to contact us with any questions or comments.

I hope you had a great 4th of July holiday. I spent mine making a very special version of S’Mores, a product which was popularized by my first chocolate company which I started in 1987. These delicious gourmet s’mores feature our homemade organic graham crackers and fresh vanilla marshmallows, and a slab of our 65% bittersweet chocolate.

All members of our Chocolates All Year Club will enjoy these S’Mores in the month of July. If you’re not a member yet, through August 15, 2006, you have the opportunity to join for just $599 for a 12 month membership (regularly $697). If you want to try making these at home, we’ve also made the recipe available.

Our Fleur de Sel Caramel Assortment and Fresh Orange & Lemon Marzipan Assortment were introduced in the Spring. We are now shipping these nationwide, so order yours and taste for yourself why these are the talk of the town.
